1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClassMadam (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and institute administrators.

2. Description of Service

ClassMadam is a cloud-based institute management platform offering features including student admissions, attendance tracking, fee management, examination handling, timetable scheduling, parent communication, and analytics dashboards. Features may vary based on the selected subscription plan.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Institute administrators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all student and staff data uploaded to the Platform.
• You agree not to share account access with unauthorized individuals.

4. Subscription & Payment

ClassMadam operates on a subscription model. Fees are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of ClassMadam.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform. T-REX Infotech retains ownership of the software, platform code, and all intellectual property rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform during your active subscription.

7. Service Availability & Support

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Technical support is available via email and WhatsApp during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T-REX Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
